Hotbar SiC heating elements - SiC resistance heating elements
Hotbar® SiC heating elements are manufactured to rod or tube form by recrystallization process under high temperature after extrusion forming with high purity alpha silicon carbide raw materials.

Risesun Hotbar HD - High-density SiC heating elements
Along with the development of new materials, SiC heating elements are used more and more widely, meanwhile, the working conditions of SiC heating elements are getting worse and worse in some fields, such as sintering of NCM811 and NCA, stronger corrosion atmosphere in the furnace, which press manufacturers of refractories, kiln furniture and heating elements to improve performance of their products continuously in order to match demands of the changing market.
RH type SiC heating elements (equal diameter with higher resistance)
The loading values in this table are all tested in the open air at 1,000°C, which are used for calibration test purpose only. The maximum recommended operating voltage of new elements must not exceed 80% of the test value, and the power must not exceed 65% of the test value.
RL type SiC heating elements (equal diameter with lower resistance)
U type SiC heating elements
SG type SiC heating elements (single-spiral)
SGR type SiC heating elements (dual-spiral)
DB type SiC heating elements (dumb-bell)
M type SiC heating elements
The two cold ends and hot zone of M type SiC heating elements form a right-angled structure, which can be installed on the roof or sides of the furnace. It is suitable for furnaces with narrow spaces or furnaces, or it’s inconvenient to connects wires at both ends of furnace.
R5 type SiC heating elements (five-construction)
Five-construction heating elements are formed by adding a non-heating part at the center of the hot zone, which can improve the uniformity of furnace temperature by reducing the center temperature.
W type SiC heating elements (three-phase SiC heating elements)
In the structures of three-phase SiC heating elements, three hot zones share a connecting bridge to connect three-phase power supply and forms a star connection, which is mainly used in the furnaces for float glass production.
Ω type SiC heating rings
